Main Floor

The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, Liebherr refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the great room where the dining room seats 8. The living room features a fireplace, Roku-enabled flat screen TV, Sonos sound, and a telescope for star-gazing. The main floor half bath includes an attached laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Top Floor

Up the open staircase to the top floor are exceptional views of the Hudson Valley. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a view. The other two top floor bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All rooms share a landing equipped with a work-from-home desk and share a full-sized bathroom with a tub and shower.

Lower Floor

Down the staircase from the living room is the fourth sleeping area and family room with a sliding glass door to the outside. The room includes a fold out couch with queen-sized bed, a full ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and a turntable music system to listen to your vinyl picked up in nearby Kingston.

Outdoor Living

The wraparound deck has all-season views of the Hudson Valley from 1400 feet up Overlook Mountain. The deck includes a propane grill, dining for 4, and an outdoor couch and chair for lounging. Down below, in the deer-fenced garden, relax in front of the wood-burning firepit.

To Note

The house has high-speed internet and WIFI throughout the house and can support working remotely with video-streaming. The house features central air conditioning and baseboard heating.

Location

The house is located 5 minutes from the town of Woodstock, up Overlook Mountain and down a private drive that services 3 houses. Hiking trails are easily accessed nearby. The house is 45 minutes from Hunter, Belleayre and Windham ski resorts.
